What to include in your enquiry

Contact us with as much of the following as you have, and we can usually answer in one reply rather than several:

• The product name or link, if you already know what you need
• What the equipment has to do — covers per service, kilograms per shift, or trading hours
• The space available, including doorway widths and the route into the room
• Your power supply, or gas type and pressure where relevant
• Your delivery address and any access restrictions
• Your deadline, if you are working towards an opening date

If you are fitting out a new kitchen, send us the equipment list or a layout rather than pricing each item separately. It is faster, and it lets us flag anything that will not work together before you order.

Before you order

Most delivery problems trace back to the site rather than the equipment. Confirming the footprint, the access route and the power or gas supply before ordering avoids the delays that come from discovering a problem on delivery day. We are happy to talk any of it through beforehand.

Ordering, delivery and returns

Delivery is arranged nationwide, with lead times confirmed at the time of order. Larger equipment is booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order.
