Refund Policy

Please inspect products as soon as they are received and contact Kitchen Equip SA promptly if an item is damaged, incorrect or not as expected.

Refunds, exchanges or replacements are assessed based on the product condition, supplier requirements and the reason for return. Products should be unused, in original packaging and complete with accessories, manuals and supplied parts where applicable.

Special-order, used, installed, modified or damaged products may not qualify for a standard return unless required by applicable consumer law or agreed in writing.

Delivery, collection and handling costs may apply depending on the situation. We recommend contacting us before returning any item so we can confirm the correct process.
