Fridgestar Chest Freezer CE430 - 390LT

Kitchen Equip SA supplies the Fridgestar Chest Freezer CE430 - 390LT within our Chest Freezers category, currently R5 658. It is specified for commercial kitchens and food businesses working at volume.

The product name states 390 litre capacity and a chest format format. Those are the figures we publish for this unit; if you need a dimension or rating that is not listed, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it with the supplier. Images are shown for illustration and specifications can vary between production batches. Please confirm anything critical with us before you order.

Think about how often the door will be opened. A unit on a busy service line loses far more cold air than one used for back-of-house storage. As a Fridgestar unit, parts and service support are worth confirming for your area before you commit.

Check the plug point before delivery. Refrigeration draws a start-up surge well above its running load, and sharing a circuit with other equipment can trip it. It is catalogued as Chest Freezer, which is the quickest way to find comparable units on the site.

Maintenance is condenser cleaning, seal checks and a clear drain. None of it takes long, and all of it prevents the failure that costs you a fridge full of stock. There are 17 other Chest Freezers products listed, so compare before settling on this one.

A short check before ordering saves most problems: the space available and the delivery route into the room, the power point and whether the circuit has capacity and that the capacity matches your peak requirement rather than your average. None of it takes long.

See the rest of the Chest Freezers range or the broader Refrigeration department for other options. GF120 Zero Gas Electric Chest Freezer - 120L and CS316 Fridgestar Chest Freezer - 250LT are worth comparing alongside it.

Compared against the other 18 products in Chest Freezers, this sits in the middle at 5th by price. Prices in the category span R2 575 to R40 049, which is worth checking before deciding.

Because of its size and weight this is delivered on a planned basis. We confirm the address, access and any offloading requirement before dispatch, and book larger items in so somebody is there to receive them.

This product is supplied new unless the listing states otherwise. Warranty and return terms are set out in our store policies and operate alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Brand names shown belong to their respective owners.
