Spaza Gas Fryer (2x20lt) With Baskets

This is the Spaza Gas Fryer (2x20lt) With Baskets, part of the Fryer Gas range at Kitchen Equip SA and priced at R10 009. It is built for commercial service and supplied new unless the listing states otherwise.

Listed specifications for this model are 2 tanks of 20 litres each and a supplied with baskets, 2-pan format. We publish what the manufacturer states rather than estimating, so ask us if you need a measurement that does not appear here. Photographs are representative and stated figures should be confirmed with us where the fit is tight or the specification is critical.

Check what your canopy can handle and what the supply point provides. Gas work should be certified, both for safety and for your insurance to stand. There are 7 other Fryer Gas products listed, so compare before settling on this one.

Grease and carbon are what shorten burner and element life. A short end-of-service clean-down does more for longevity than anything on a specification sheet. With 2 tanks of 20 litres, 40 litres in total, this unit is sized for a specific station rather than a whole line.

Two minutes of checking now avoids a difficult delivery later. Confirm the space available and the delivery route into the room, the gas type, supply pressure and who will certify the installation and that the capacity matches your peak requirement rather than your average.

More options are listed under Fryer Gas and Catering Equipment. Also worth a look: Dual Fryer (Gas And Electric Fryer) 2X6LT and Spaza Single Gas Fryer (1x14lt) With Baskets.

Think about who operates it. Simple controls survive staff turnover better than programmable ones nobody is trained on. It is catalogued as Fryer Gas, which is the quickest way to find comparable units on the site.
