The Gelato Ice Cream Machine Floor Model MK-H16C is supplied by Kitchen Equip SA as part of our Ice Cream Machine range, priced at R35 556. It is intended for commercial use rather than domestic duty, and is delivered anywhere in South Africa.
We do not list a full specification sheet for this item. Where a dimension or rating matters to your installation, ask us first and we will check it with the supplier before you commit.
Log the internal temperature daily. A slow drift is the early warning that a seal has perished or the coil needs cleaning, and it is far cheaper to catch then.
Run through the space available and the delivery route into the room, the power point and whether the circuit has capacity and the lead time, if you are working to an opening date before committing. We can talk any of it through if you are unsure.
To compare alternatives, browse the full Ice Cream Machine category, or the wider Refrigeration range. Customers looking at this model often also consider 3 Flavor Floor Model Ice Cream Machine and Gelato Ice Cream Machine Table Model MK-H16T.
Within our Ice Cream Machine range this is the 23rd of 29 models by price, placing it in the middle of the category. The range runs from R1 044 to R57 849, so there are alternatives either side if this one is not quite the right size.
Position this unit away from ovens, fryers and direct sunlight. Ambient heat is the single biggest driver of how hard the compressor works, and therefore of running cost. There are 28 other Ice Cream Machine products listed, so compare before settling on this one.
The supply matters as much as the cabinet. Confirm the socket type and that the circuit has headroom for the compressor kicking in. It is catalogued as Ice Cream Machine, which is the quickest way to find comparable units on the site.
Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door. We confirm the offloading arrangement and whether anybody needs to be on site, so nothing turns up unannounced.
Stock is supplied new except where a listing says otherwise. Returns and support follow our published store policies, which sit alongside — not instead of — your Consumer Protection Act rights.
Not sure this is the right model? Call 087 702 5214 and describe the application — we would rather point you at something else in the range than sell you the wrong unit.
